ADL “missed” it again

ADL has once again called to arms over Iran. They have once again “missed” threats made by Israel against Iran.

Does the subject line scare you? It scares us too.

This is not a drill. The idea that Iran could destroy Israel could become a reality of we don’t take action!

After Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s despicable threat to wipe Israel off the map, ADL sent out a call for UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan to cancel his trip to Iran. He did.

But why did he make that decision? Because of the massive outcry from people who refuse to live under the fear of nuclear annihilation.

Mr. Annan’s decision is a signal to the Iranian regime that their threat against Israel will not be tolerated by the civilized world. But two more actions still need to be taken:

  • Ahmadinejad must retract his threat. If he does not, the world should sever all ties with Iran.
  • The UN Security Council must immediately open an investigation into whether Iran has forfeited the privilege of UN membership.
  • Despite international condemnation, Iran has stood by Ahmadinejad’s threat. The regime is hell-bent on producing nuclear weapons to make his deadly threat a reality. That’s why we must keep exerting pressure.

Through donations, ADL was able to run a successful ad campaign in The New York Times and the congressional newspaper The Hill to meet our first objective, but the fight isn’t over.

ADL is committed to fighting the danger posed by the Iranian regime, but we need your financial support to accomplish these goals. Please join us - donate today!

Schwarzenegger’s Entire Agenda Is Rejected by California Voters

We will see the distancing of the Republican party from the current administration for the upcoming election in the 2006. I wrote something similar a while back when Sullivan was on Real Time, wheaping about how he was lied to. He was eagerly defending Bush about 6 months prior to that, telling everyone what great man he is… C’mon Andrew, make up your mind.
