Climategate

The UN is planning a big climate change conference in Copenhagen, dubbed Kyoto 2. The discussion will be how to reach a legal-binding agreement to stop global warming. This is, as the politicians say, the most dire thing next to a nuclear holocaust that is pestering the human species.

We have been bombarded with news items of rising sea levels, cannibalistic polar bears and skinny dipping in hot Greenland. Al Gore even produced a film and has educated a number of people to pass on his Gospel. The IPCC (something along the lines of “Intergovernmental panel on climate change”) has produced a report claiming that well over 3500 scientists are peddling the idea of human caused global warming. In the report, only about 60 of the scientists explicitly claim this.

However, the global warming proponents have ignored a plethora of evidence presented by their opponents, who have earned the nickname of “climate change denier/global warming deniers” or simply “deniers”. In this camp, there are a number of people who deny global warming is happening and there are a number of people claiming global warming is happening, but with little or no help from humans. It is unfortunate that they all get lumped into one basket, but have been done so, maybe, due to brevity reasons.

And finally, in November, a number of files and emails has been made public through a Russian anonymous FTP server from the Cliamte Research Group. Actually, those files were sent to a British weatherman who has expressed doubts about global warming on his blog a whole month earlier. The scandal that is yet to be picked up by the main stream media has been dubbed Climategate and hopefully, it will reach the Copenhagen to expose “some bad apples” who apply the science inappropriately in order to land grants and perhaps for other goals as well.

Analyzing Iranian elections

Check out this C-SPAN video with Flynt Leverett (Penn state). What he’s saying is that there is no evidence that the elections in Iran were rigged (favoring Ahmadinejad). Couple that with the way BBC tries to smear Ahmadinejad, you can see that someone is drumming up for war. Dumping the dollar may have something to do with it, among other things.

Check out this one: http://www.piratesandemperors.com/

You call them pirates, they call them unofficial coastguard

Hat tip top redpill8. I shamelessly reproduce the awesome here. Make sure to check the video about the other side you might not have seen in your local MSM outlet.

Four Somalis on a cargo freight
Yo ho ho and a tanker of scum
Overfishing and dumping brought ‘em their fate
Yo ho ho and a tanker of scum
The mates were fixed by their terrible plight
Women and children dying from radiation such a horrible sight
And pleas to the UN were scuttled outright;
by four days investigation, all is alright
And there they lay, dead and sick on the beach
Like break o’day in a oozing den.
Yo ho ho and a tanker of scum

Twenty two sailors on the Alabama’s list
Yo ho ho and a tanker of scum
They say they’re bringing food, but why all the guns?
Yo ho ho and a tanker of scum
The captain gives up his life for the ransom of the crew
And the pirates abandon ship after much ado
The sailors bring their bounty a Mombasa way
And there it lay, under covers
Dripped down from up-staring eyes
In murk sunset and foul sunrise
Yo ho ho and a tanker of scum

Four Somali men of ‘em thin and dark
Yo ho ho and a tanker of scum
Sort of like Jack Sparrow but without the grin
Yo ho ho and a tanker of scum
Twas the media that swiped them with a murderous mark
Calling them al Queda and terrorists without respite
Worthy of bullets between the eyes they say
And there they lay condemned to this day, damn my eyes
Looking for the truth
All souls bound just contrariwise
Yo ho ho and a tanker of scum

Twenty two men of ‘em good and true
Yo ho ho and a tanker of scum
Ev’ry man Phillip’s could ha’ sailed with Old School,
Yo ho ho and a tanker of scum
There was chest on chest of unknown freight
Under 18 armed guards the ship made haste
And the cargo riot of stuff untold,
And silently offloaded without fanfare
Under sightless glare with lips struck dumb
The sailors shared the same stories by the rule of thumb,
Yo ho ho and a tanker of scum

More was seen through the media’s screen…
Yo ho ho and a tanker of scum
Ratings undoubt high this Easter scene
Yo ho ho and a tanker of scum
‘Twas a famous story built on a bed of bunk
With CNN, MSNBC and Fox coloring the egg
And the truth lay cracked and dry in a red blot
Where they pirates or some coastguard coxs?
That dared the blade and the bullet
By God! They could not speak for the TV forbade
Yo ho ho and a tanker of scum

Four Somalis and Captian on a rescue boat
Yo ho ho and a tanker of scum
The media and the devil had them in their scopes
The mates were fixed by the sniper’s sight
The brains shot out without a fight
And the Captain was rescued — all screamed ‘hooray!’
The media wrapped him tight in a wondrous display
With a Yo-Heave-Ho! and a fare-you-well
And a sudden plunge in the sullen swell
The truth lies below on the road to hell
Yo ho ho and a tanker of scum

Off with their heads

One more year of downward spiral like we’re seeing today and the Americans will be mentally ready to chop off real heads.

George Carlin has left the theater

Upon my return I find out that one of the best comedians, George Carlin, had died in LA at age 71. A very open minded, critical and funny person (see his American dream). To me, he wasn’t as much as a comedian as a preacher (similar to Chris Rock). He was one of the top 3 people I wanted to meet in my life time. I seat just cleared and Kevin Costner made the list. He will be missed.

This week has been special - for George Bush. He has done the almost unattainable. He has topped Richard M. Nixon in unpopularity. Congrats George, we all knew you could do it. It was just a matter of time.

Ah, so so ~

I will disagree:

The conflict in Iraq is different. Over the past couple of years, the President has let it proceed on automatic pilot, making no corrections in the face of accumulating evidence that his strategy is failing and cannot be rescued.

The plan works just fine. Ask Halliburton!

I watched a piece of “Hitler’s secretery” (at least I think that was the title) the other day on TV. Madam was telling how Adolf was driven around on good roads and most intact parts of the city. His driver did this on purpose. People around him didn’t want him to see what the war has really done. Hitler may have never known of the devestation. And this one reminds me of this.

The president was escorted in and out of the campus through an entrance on the far side of the campus, where he could not see the protests.

Big red, CCCP like, flag - DO YOU SEE IT?

The Senate’s No. 2 Democrat says he knew that the American public was being misled into the Iraq war but remained silent because he was sworn to secrecy as a member of the intelligence committee.

If you would do research, what would it be?

Remember Richard Doll? Me neither. But it would seem he’s the dude who linked smoking to cancer. It has emerged that this is not all he did. He downplayed the effect of chemicals used to produce PVC, effect of Agent Orange (used to defoliate jungle in Viet Nam). I somehow get the feeling that this was linked to the fact that he was on payroll of at least one company, namely Monsanto.

To his defence:

“Professor Hardell attacked Richard a lot when he was alive when he could reply and now he is doing it when he is dead and cannot reply,’ he said. He added that Sir Richard had always been open about his links with industry and gave all his fees to Green College, Oxford, the postgraduate institution he founded, or to charity.

Well duh, of course they started talking after his death, they couldn’t see his papers before:

Since his death, Sir Richard’s papers have been filed for posterity. They have revealed a document that shows he was paid by Monsanto for years.

Rivero’s comments

I just have to copy/paste this. This is a commend by Rivero regarding this link:

Actually, the article should be entitled, “Jews’ worsening relations with Iranian leader.”

Once again Israel missed a golden opportunity to settle the holocaust issue once and for all, in a global forum where everyone could see it. Instead of demanding that Ahmadinejad not be allowed to speak at all, Israel should have welcomed every one of his questions about the holocaust, then simply presented the factual scientific evidence to refute him point by point in front of the TV cameras of the world.

That’s what Israel should have done.

Unless they had something to be afraid of.

And certainly Israel acts like it has something to hide. They go out of their way to avoid any actual investigations or debate, to attack and smear and harass anyone who doubts the official story, or who dares to mention those aspects of the orthodox account which have been proven to be frauds, such as the soap and lampshades claims, or the ground penetrating radar scans of the purported mass graves at Treblinka in fact show strata that has been undisturbed since the last ice age.

Israel’s supporters do not act like people who believe the facts are on their side. They act exactly as one would expect if they were supporting (and exploiting) a popular view of history which is NOT supported by the available facts.

This is no different than when the church silenced Galileo, not by refuting his observed facts, but by hauling him before the inquisition and subjecting him to torture. In hindsight, the church had good reason to use that approach. The facts supported Galileo. The Earth did orbit the sun.

Thus, nothing more calls into doubt the orthodox account of the holocaust more than the means employed by its defenders to silence critics and those who question. While every other genocide in history has the victims screaming for ever more exact examination of the facts of their persecution, the holocaust alone has this strange paradox of a victimized people preventing examination of the crimes they claim to be victims of.

The lies about Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction makes it all too clear the extent to which governments will lie to the people to achieve their agendas. At the end of WW2, the founders of the nation of Israel needed a public relations device to convince the world to allow Israel to do what Germany had been prevented from doing; march into another peoples’ nation and take it for their own. Without the popular image of the holocaust, great doubt exists that the world would have stood by while the founders of Israel stole Palestine from its owners.

In the aftermath of the Lie Of The Century, prudence demands that we objectively re-examine everything we have ever been taught by the state-sponsored schools and the corporate media. Nothing is or should be above suspicion. Nothing should be taken at face value.

What are you guys doing? I’m away for one day and there’s so much new news. Lets start with this, shall we?

The Deputy Prime Minister made the admission during talks with Labour’s Muslim MPs on how best to tackle Islamic extremism. During the 90-minute meeting, Mr Prescott briefed the MPs that the police only had enough evidence to bring serious charges against some suspects but not others.

What do “terrorists” do before bording on a suicide mission, sometimes boarding without passports? Actually, they buy cakes.

The arrested may have been infiltrated and made do a hoax run, to gather support for the “anti-terror” war.

And isn’t this interesting, a bunch of Israeli lawyers are now suing Lebanon for starting the war. Before we go any further, let us not forget that the captured soldiers were inside Lebanon. They have been breaching the Lebanese border since at least 2000.

Since Israel’s withdrawal from southern Lebanon in May 2000, there have been hundreds of violations of the “blue line” between the two countries. The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (Unifil) reports that Israeli aircraft crossed the line “on an almost daily basis” between 2001 and 2003, and “persistently” until 2006.

The Downside to Virginity Pledges

Achtung, Churchgoers!

Young people who make pledges of virginity begin having sex later and have fewer sexual partners. But oddly they are infected with sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) just as often, a new study found.

The pledgers, not diagnosed or treated, may pack disease longer than other people, the researchers say.
